Hey, I've been coming to OCUK for news,updates and help for a while now but never really jumped in fully! I'm now looking to get more involved and educated in the intricacies of PC building/upgrading and maintenance so if there's a newbie guide to things area that I've overlooked or any highly recommended sites/forums that may reduce the amount of "How do I...?" and "what does... do/mean?" threads that I produce!

@Freddie589: Thanks! I must have totally overlooked them both!.

@AdamN: It may be a while before I have any educated opinions to actually share! Although from current experience I think I'll be avoiding ATI Graphics cards until I hear better news on the driver issues.
