Long time PU Leather Noblechairs owners

How has the PU Leather held up? Anyone have one since they came to market which the PU Leather is still in good condition? In hindsight would you spend the extra and order the Real Leather?

I bought a AK racing chair about 4 years ago with PU leather coating - used daily it's started to peel over the last 6 months odd, and is just about getting to the point where i need to replace it. I'm guessing PU leather has a similar lifetime between brands!

I bought a PU bound chair for 40 notes 4 years ago.

Chrome base and arms, used daily, bearing my not dainty frame for hours at a stretch.

Really comfortable, supports my neck and has lumbar support built in.

Still looks as good as new with zero PU wear.

I do wonder why people pay hundreds of pounds for some of these chairs.
