Long USB-C cable for Surface Laptop

I've been set up with an MS Surface Laptop for work, which uses the "Surface Connect to USB-C Adapter" to connect the laptop to 2 x monitors which also act as hubs re. the printer and other peripherals.

Unfortunately , the cable from the adapter box to the monitor is a too short - I need one about 2m long.

I'm aware that there may be issues as there's a lot of data being sent via the cable/adapter, so a bog standard USB-C cable might not work?

Can anyone recommend a cable or highlight what I should be looking for?

In case anyone has the same question, I got the 1.8m 'Basics' one from the rainforest and it works fine. The monitor and printer work without a flicker.
