Longshot - does anyone have a subscription/access to UKPressOnline?

Bit of a longshot but does anyone on here have a subscription to UKPressOnline or have access to it that could help me with accessing a newspaper?

I'm trying to find a high quality copy of a Daily Express front page from 1963 that my 96 year old grandfather-in-law was involved in breaking, relating to The Great Train Robbery.

They have subscription available for £90 but trying to find out if I can get around that somehow as it feels excessive just to access one paper.

It looks like libraries might have access to it. Could be worth contacting your local one and signing up if they do to get it for free.
