Look at these mods from scratch (sorry language is foreign)

Swedish:
En dag anläde mitt plexiglas färdigskuret och fint. Så jag satte igång direkt med att skissa upp de första mönstret. Jag väntar fortfarande på hårdvaran till burken men gravytren kan jag iallafall ta itu med så länge. Veckan som kommer blir en intensiv moddarvecka och det kommer att dyka upp uppdateringar då och då.
Här har ni iallafall ett par bilder på bygget i dagsläget

English:
One day my plexiglass arrived all ready-cut and nice. So I immediately started sketching up the first pattern. Im still waiting on the hardware to the box though but I can start on the design. The coming week will be an intensive modding week and there will be updates appearing now and again.
Here you have atleast a couple of pics of the buildjob in todays state.

Swedish:
Påbörjat bygget utav sockeln grundkonstruktionen är klar och nu ska det borras och göras fästen till psu,cd,diskett och hdd. Sedan är det en hel del putsande,spacklande och fixande med sockeln.
Här är en bild på kuben i provisoriskt skick. Bry er inte om spånskiveramen den spikade jag ihop bara för att ha nåt att luta skivorna emot Lådan blir betydligt större irl än vad man kunde vänta sig 40x40cm låter ju inte mycket, men den kommer att bli rejält rymlig

English:
Started the construction of the structure for the ground-construction and its now finished and now Im going to start drilling and create fastening points for the psu,cd,disk and hdd. Then there is going to be a load of polishing, "rubbing" and fixing with the form.
Here is a pic of the cube in provisional form. Dont wory about the MDF frame, I nailed it together just to have something to rest the sides again. The box does become considerably larger in real life than I anticipated. 40x40cm sounds a bit big but its gonna get really roomy

The sun film is situated where it is supposed to be so now Im forced to put the cube together a bit provisionally and sit and stare at it for a bit. This is how its looking.

Swedish:

English:
A test mounting of the m-atx motherboard (although the one in the picture is not the one that will used in the final result)

Swedish:
Hårddisken fick sig en skvätt färg

English:
The hard drive got a splash of paint.

Swedish:
Diskettstationen likaså.

English:
The diskbay also.

Swedish:
Backstycket har fått sina fläkthål och skruvhålen har spacklats igen.

English:
The backpiece has received its fan holes and the screw holes have been covered up.

Swedish:
Fronten har fått ett hål för Lcddisplayen och en tonad plexibit har skurits till även här har det spacklats en massa

English:
The front has now got a hole for the LCD display and a toned plexi-piece has been cut and polly-fillered

Testade med att montera pinhead på sin plats. Jag testade med olika färger på ljuset och kom fram till att rött slår allt

Utan belysning är kuben helt svart och pinhead sysns inte alls men med lite röd belysning på insidan tittar han fram.

English:
Tested by placing Pinhead on his place. Tested with a load of different light combo's and decided that red beats everything else.

Without lighting the cube is completely black and one cant see Pinhead but with a bit of red ligthing he peeks out at you.

Effekten blir helt otrolig när rummet är mörkt.

English:
The effect is awesome when the room is dark.

Swedish:

dags att ta itu med tangentbord,mus och monitor
Jag började med ett gammalt IBM tangentbord som va fult som stryk men efter lite lek med plastic padding och färg så börjar det bli lite Hellraiseraktigt

English:
Time to take care of the keyboard, mouse and monitor.
I started with an old IBM keyboard which was as ugly as **** but after a bit of play with some plastic padding and paint it started to look a bit Hellraiserish.

Swedish:
Jag kletade först på Plastic padding för att få lite textur sen slipade jag och skar bort alla vassa kanter och grundade med matt svart. Därefter blandade jag lite rött och svart och körde lite "Dry Brushing" resultatet blev riktigt bra.

Tangenterna moddades var för sig. Dremeln användes för texturen och sedan målades varje tangent individuellt.

English:
I first smeared on some plastic padding to get some texture then I sanded and cut down any sharp corners and painted it matt black.Then I mixed some red and black and did a little dry brushing the result was really good.

The keys were modded individually.The dremmel was used to get texture and then each key was painted individually.

Swedish:

English:

Swedish:
Visst blev det en smula Hellraiseraktigt, det tycker iallafall jag Nu är det musens tur härnäst och sen monitorn.

English:
It certainly got a bit Hellraiserish, atleast I think so. Now its the mouse's turn and then the monitor.

Swedish:
Först en bild på offret det är en Trust 450l optiskt mus billig men väl fungerande.

English:
First a picture of the offer, its a Trust 45I optical mouse, cheap but it works well.

Swedish:
Sen var det dags för demontering

English:
Then it was time to take it apart

English:

Detta har varit mitt hittills roligaste projekt och denna lådan har gett mig en hel del tillbaka. När man får uppskattning för sitt arbete blir man lätt sporrad att anstränga sig hårdare. Hoppas ni har funnit min bygglogg underhållande och att ni kanske har fått inspiration att själva starta ett projekt.

This has certianly been the most fun project and this box has certainly given me something in return.When one receives appreciation for ones work it certainly drives one to work harder.I hope that my build log has been entertaining and that it has led some of you to start your own projects.
