Hi and welcome
to answer your question:
compatible yes, what I would be spending that much money on, hell no
I take it you already have an NVidia gfx card? whats your overall budget youre playing with?
Looking at your choices, mobo 195, CPU 165 and RAM 40ish, thats 400, for an extra 40 you can get an i7 bundle like this one, a flash of the UD3R's BIOS would mean it'd support SLI too
Alternatively for a bit more you can get the newer D0 stepping CPU and 6 gig of RAM
Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (SLBEJ) 2.66Ghz (Nehalem) (Socket LGA1366) - Retail £250.99 (£218.25)

I already have the CPU and graphics card - 9600 Geforce GSO

Between £500 and £600 If I bought it now it would cost me £550 before VAT
