I've never been this excited about PC parts for a very very long time.

System:

i5-2500k @ 4ghz
8GB DDR3
27" Dell UH2713HM 1440p

Just opened a pack of Haribos (thanks OCUK) and will get to it. This setup is going to be replacing a GTX560Ti 1GB so I'm expecting a huge leap!

More pics to follow soon :P

I think you will see the leap your after ;)

What PSU you using?

I'm looking forward to it :D

Corsair HX750

What's the best way to go about this installation, set up one card first then install the second or just put both in first time?

Thanks guys, both cards in and seem to be running fine. Will test some games very shortly, just uploading some pictures now :p

Nice choice of cards. I'm sure you're going to love your gaming with those bad boys.

I'm not going to comment on your cable management skills. :p

Just been playing some BF3 and Sleeping Dogs on Ultra, doesn't miss a beat! It's awesome, unlike my cable management :(

I have just upgraded to two MSI 670's ...from a gtx 480. It is quite a large jump!

It's awesome!

Looking good I'm thinking to put one of these Asus cards in my SH67H7 which has a 500 watt PSU.
Should be nice upgrade from my Asus AMD 5850 top.

Before I opened this forum post, I just had a feeling what it was about... weired!

One of the best deals this year easily, well Nvidia wise.

Nice one. I think 4GB 670s in SLI is the real sweet spot deal at the moment. People say there's never a 'right' time to buy graphics cards, but I think for once there is and it's now.

Great,
Now kick your CPU to 4.5Ghz
;)

:D

You think 4.5 would be okay to run on air cooling? I've not felt the urge to crank it up beyond 4ghz yet, would I really be seeing much benefit @ 4.5?

Great coolers, one of the best in terms of noise/cooling.

I'm really impressed with the ambient noise, there hardly is any!

That would be quite some upgrade mate, what resolution are you gaming at?

Haha, it does seem like a good deal for all that power. I'm chuffed!

I was holding out for far too long, at these prices I didn't want to regret it later on :D

Great upgrade for 1440p. That'll be some leap over your old gpu.

It's in a completely different league mate. Everything and I mean everything is running at 60 fps stable. Gaming is so much more enjoyable now!

Great job.:D

Don't forget that the fans are damn near silent so create a fan profile for more cooling goodness.:)

Thanks :D I will look into fan profiles shortly!

I am gaming at 1920x1200 but planning to upgrade my monitor to Veiwsonic 27" 1440p sometime this month so my single Asus GTX 670 4gb should be enough I'm not going to max out all game settings my i5 2500k is at stock an cant overclock it in my Shuttle SH67H7.
