Looking after your pc

I currently only use ad-aware, spybot and ccleaner.
What else is recommended to look after your computer.

im not worried about viruses just the random crashes i get an the 370 errors that have shown up on registery mechanic.

Highly recommend TuneUp Utilities 2006 (replaced Norton SystemWorks after several years of using it). These programs really do make a difference and are a very worthwhile (small) investment

ive just downloaded tuneup 2006 free trial and its absolutly amazing it fixed over 500 problems and errors and my computer feels a little faster
