Looking at a new monitor

I had this in the monitor section but 35 views and no advice i thought i would try here;)

Cannot link as it would be against the rules but i have noticed a Viewsonic 22Widescreen for £139.00 delivered. Here are the specs.

using a 8800GT

This would be my first tft so looking for opinions
 
My opinion is, dont go cheap with a monitor. I paid £140 for a 22" hyundai for my parents and wish I spent an extra £60 for a dell or a samsung. If its cheap, there is a probably a reason. If you only have £140 and REALLY need a new monitor then get it.
