Looking for a 24inch or 27inch

Definitely 27" 2560x1440 or cut down budget to lower graphics card.

That's VA panel monitor.
That means contrast is the best of LCDs giving best of LCDs black, if you prefer darkened room.
But dark shade transitions are more or less lot slower than in other LCD types.
So for gaming in normal room lightning IPS would be better.


Like most prebuilts that PC has very substandard for the price super low end PSU.
Also those smallish slim radiators aren't that good in continuous cooling ability, because of not having that much surface area.
Arctic Freezer II would be only one with proper amount of surface area for dissipating heat into air with 50% thicker radiator.
And there's no sense in filling very limited M.2 slots with small drives.
Single 2TB drive would be better for leaving room to add another later.
