Looking for a bang for buck bedroom TV 30"-40"ish

As the title says - I'm hoping one of you gurus' out there will know just the ticket - It's for the bedroom so it need not feature the latest technology or be 3D etc...
Any wisdom is appreciated.

second hand panny plasma is about the best you will get bang for buck.

brand new. then look at hisense.
