So i have just built my self a new gaming PC and everything is working fine.
The only gripe I have is that the BIOS boot to windows appears slow.
So when i turn on my PC i see the Asus logo with the obligatory

"press del to enter set up"

When that logo passes and a blank screen appears for a few seconds then another
Asus logo appears with the same

"press del to enter set up"

After a few seconds that passes then yet another Asus logo appears but this time
with the win 10 loading circle, which again takes a few seconds to then load my password page.

My question is are there any settings can i change to speed up my boot.
I'm just gonna take a screen shot of the boot options and post them ;)

My MOBO is the asus z170 pro gaming

Many thanks

Yeah, you can change the asus logo display to 0 seconds in the bios; personally I took the logo off which decreases boot time as well

I also believe you can cut out a lot of the other stuff as well, there are a couple of wait times you can take out.

In the bios look for Boot Logo Display and set it to disabled. You may also have Post Report which is usually set to 5 seconds but can be changed to 0-10 seconds and also Post Delay Time also normally set to 5 seconds but can be changed between 0-10 seconds (don't set it too low or you will never get into the bios).

Ok will do, i have turned off logos and changed post report to 1sec, i can still get into bios and it boots much faster
