Looking for a bit more performance

Hi all, i know this is a bit of a general question but..

Im looking to get a few extra fps on some games and was wondering what would be the best thing to upgrade and in what order?

Is there any other way i may be able to get a few more fps without spending loads of money? (my psu is only 450w so im not sure if its a good idea to overclock until i get a new one).

Any advice atall would be great, i play games like FarCry2, COD4, GRID, Bioshock etc.

My Spec is shown in signature area.

Overclocking you cpu to 4Ghz would give you a decent boost on certain games otherwise a new graphics card would be a good choice.

Before doing this though, invest in a quality psu. "Powerman 450w" does not sound like a quality psu.

No i know, i had a Hiper 580w but it died on me; so i've been stuck with this (that come with my original build), thanks!
