Looking for a bit of advice on where I could find a replacement AMD mount for the Corsair H80..

Hi guys,

I know this is a shot in the dark, but I have exhausted all other options and this is pretty much my last hope.

I am in need of the AMD mount of a Corsair H80 V1 (CWCH80). This is for the two seperate arms including screws and clamps that screw in on either side of the pump/block. See example in the link below..

I have contacted Corsair, but sadly had no reply from them.

Does anyone know where I could buy a replacement?

I have them
For original h80 never used them as had Intel cpu
Though can't promise I can find them
As got a whole cupboard full of
Stuff and finding something that small
Will be a nightmare
So don't get your hopes up
But if I can find them you are
Welcome to them
Keep looking elsewhere as I don't want
To let you down
But will try to find them

I hoard everything just in case it
Is ever useful to help someone :)
100% know I have them
But in a 6 foot x 4 foot cupboard
Full of stuff
Finding what I am looking for is
The problem lol
One day I will have to organise it all
But had the h80 out couple of weeks ago
To test a pc and can picture in my head
Seeing them though was using Intel ones for my test
If haven't heard from me in couple days
Give me a reminder I won't think you are bugging me so don't worry
Just in case I forget as easily sidetracked lately

Found h60 but that's different brackets
I think
My other half's a neat freak
And reckons she "tidied it up"
And put it in the cupboard where shes
Been told not to put pc stuff
6 foot by 4 foot cupboard again
And I can't even step inside it
She's got so much **** in there
This may take a while mate
Even though I am determined to find it
If you need it quickly
Then please don't wait on me
I will have a real good go through there
Tomorrow and hopefully get lucky

I've heard back from Corsair, but it's an EOL product so there's nothing they can do the help unfortunately..

Luckily I am stubborn
Wont give up until I have gone through
Both cupboards
All 6 drawers of stuff
And the half full box room
Told you I was a hoarder lol
So frustrating when I actually saw it
Recently all I remember was it
Wasn't in an h80 box
Guess the box was binned as its
Pretty old
I hang onto boxes for couple of years
But then bin the oldest ones
To save space
Will take couple of hours tomorrow
And see what I can do

Thank you so much for trying! Don't force anything upon yourself, if it turns out that you can't find anything then you still get my utmost respect for not giving up..
 
I ended up buying a new H100i just for the AMD bracket as I could not find one to buy for love nor money. Corsair kept pushing the date that they would be in stock so I just bit the bullet. Pretty glad I did too as my H100i was an original unit, 6+ years old. The new one performs better with MUCH quieter fans.

Not of much help to you I know but thought I would help you set expectations lol.

Annoyingly when I am looking
For something else at some point
I know am going to find it
If I do obviously will shout you in case
You still need it
I just hate giving in though as know I have the ***** thing
I wonder if anyone in these
Forums could make you one?
There's some very handy people
In here with good skills
And some nice equipment

No problem at all mate, thanks for the effort in trying, I really appreciate it.

Just sorry could not find it
It's no use to me
And didn't want any thing for it
I would suggest make
A post asking someone if they can make you one
There's guys in here with cnc, laser
Cutters and all sorts of machinery
I saw some one with similar wanting to repurpose an old cpu block
And they got help with it
I know some would say just
Buy a new cooler
But why waste something if possible
To reuse it
And that extra thick 120mm rad on the
H80
Is useful
I may just start organising some of the stuff tomorrow though lol
As still bugging me I can't find it
And it needs organising anyway
So no extra effort involved
 
@keenan I know its been a while lol
But is this the item in question?

Not found the screws
But other screws will probably make
It work
