Looking for a capture card device..thingy..what they called??

Hey guys, I wanna record gameplay from my PS3/360 and have it stored on to my PC for editing, does anyone know a quick and easy way to do this? Where can I go to buy a quality capture card (Ideally 1080p!) and if it has to be connected to both my consoles and PC then a long cable length is mandatory! 2-3m.

Cheap ezcap if your not to fussed about hd quality. If you want HD then you really have to pay quite a bit as far as im aware.

You could look for something like the hauppauge hd pvr, that would be a good starting point.
