Looking for a cheap Android, Xperia E4?

I was looking at the E4 from Vodafone for £65 (+£4 for unlocking). Is this a decent phone for its price? Or is there something better for less?

Quad core 1.3 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB storage, 4.4.4 KitKat

Pretty sure you won't get better for less, unless there are some carrier specific phones that meet the bill. 2nd Gen Moto E would also come close but is a little more.

It's what I was thinking too but it never hurts to get additional opinions.

It's probably the reason why this phone is sold out for the time being so I have a while to decide.
