Looking for a cheap upgrade

I have a Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 128MB at the moment, but the fan has just started making an awful noise. I thought instead of just replacing the fan, it would be quicker to just get another graphics card.

I don’t need anything near top end, I’m just looking for a nice cheap upgrade, which shouldn’t be difficult consider this card is about 2 years old. It’s mainly used for playing WoW.

All suggestions welcome. Just want something cheap to keep me going until the next major upgrade.

You should be able to pick up an AGP X800series card or 6800series card secondhand pretty cheaply now ~£50 last time I looked and any (aside from the X800se) will give you a nice boost.

how much you willing to spend, an x850xt PE would be nice, get one of them for about £60 on the bay or MM. Similar perofmance to a 7600gt

I think £60 will be the upper limit, as the whole lot will be upgraded later this year when I have the time.
