I'm looking for recommendations for a compact camera. My son and daughter both have school trips coming up. I obviously don't want to spend a fortune in case they lose it damage it. But my son also wants to try using it for uploading some vlogs to YouTube. So I guess it needs a reasonable video and sound capture and ability to mount on a stand too.
I've picked a budget of £200-ish. The budget is flexible if a little more would get a much better camera. But equally I don't want to risk spending too much on something they could lose.
