Looking for a convergence PDA phone

Can anyone help...

I'm looking to replace my phone with a PDA / PPC-type phone. I don't want a keyboard or keypad - I just want a phone-sized PDA (with a large screen) that can also acts as a phone.

My present mobile is a battered T610 on Virgin Mobile, I don't want a contract with anyone, so I just want a handset.

Two models that I've found so far...

i-mate JAMin and Qtek S200

Are there any other options out there?

Ahh right then the p990i wouldnt be of any use to you lol. Probably looking at the new TYN TYN which is soon to be released. You do realise that these type of phones are more pda rather than phones ie phone quality is pretty terrible imho but as a pda they are lovely units.

Yep primary use would be as a PDA, the phone isn't so important but it would be good if it is reasonable quality (ie. can make calls on a noisy train ok)
