Could someone please tell me my CPU options for an upgrade for this model please. 1 x OcUK Titan Global Elite - Gaming PC For CS:GO - Intel Core i5 9400, 1660 Super 6GB

get speccy and post your full system specs

tell us a bit about what you use the system for
if gaming, what games
what monitors / resolution / hz
budget?

have you used task manager to confirm that your cpu is the performance bottleneck?
wouldn't want you to spend money and get no benefit.

the 1151 socket used by 9th gen cpus ended with 9th gen, so a cpu upgrade would also require a motherboard upgrade.

Your best drop in upgrade would be a i9 9900k which gives you 8 cores/16 threads and a single core boost speed up to 5Ghz so would be a decent upgrade from your i5 9400. Do not pay new prices though, look for a second hand one at a good price as it's a old cpu now. What cooler did your pc come with as you may need a new one to cope with the extra heat churned out by the 9900k? Also, what psu was installed in the pc? If it's a garbage Kolink unit that may also need replacing.

Any newer cpu will need a new motherboard and possibly memory. What do you use the pc for?

It is still difficult to get 9700/9900 at decent prices (9900 is going for over £200), you might want to consider switching platforms.
