Looking for a csc and prime lens (wide if poss)

I need a csc with a prime, i would love one with a wide prime, i have been looking at fuji but anything considered.
I would also like one with raw and manual controls. my price bracket is anything below £400

16mm would be nice..... i did see the x100s but £700 is a lot of ££
