Hi, I'm looking for a decent 5.1 Surround Sound system for around £150-£200, yea one of those All In One jobs, I cant afford anything real atm and dont fancy watching TV with 2.0 speakers, Now I like bass, I know some people find this stupid, but I would prefrebly like something that has a subwoofer that is capable of offering as much bass or more than my Z5500's which give a lot of bass, but the problem with the Z5500's is they are not suited for the TV, not got all the decent inputs like Coax, HDMi, Optical, Scart etc...


Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Something like a yamaha AV59 package perhap?

The amp looks nice on them, but the speakers, the sub dont look convincing, looks weak and with that small port aswell, has it got a 10" or something inside?

Can the amp be used with other speakers too or is it one just for those?
 
The amp can be used with different speakers and costs £180 alone so it's a good deal, go and see if you can have a listen at somewhere like RS as they might be fine for what you need.
 
I guess what Raikiri said about the price of the amp is right, so the speakers are pretty cheap, I dont think I would like those speakers over my Z5500's, just the benefit of the amp, would be able to use it in the future with decent speakers I suppose.
