Looking for a decent gaming monitor

I have a budget of £300 and looking to replace my TV for a new Monitor. In my rig is a 6700XT and play the vast majority of my games at 1440p and would like to have a higher refresh to gain that extra FPS I've been missing out on.

Any suggestions?
