looking for a decent picture quality webcam

i am looking for a new webcam i currently have a Microsoft vx-3000, that does 640x480 at 30 fps (this fps is essential for what i need it for), i am looking for a higher resolution, i know there are laods out there that say they do higher, but i dont know what the quality is like other than what they say on the box, i am looking for something that one of you guys might have used and can recommend.

the vx-6000 is 1.3mp (1280x1024 i think). if you like the camera youve got you could give that a try? i have a vx-6000 but tbh i dont use it that much. the video quality is very good however

any chance you put a pic of the quality of video shot? or maybe a sample that i can download?(download would be great so i can compare)
also does it do that res at 30fps?
