looking for a driver

i have a PCI wifi card to put in my kids pc but cannot seem to find a driver without having to subscribe to offers.

Win7 does not have the driver, nor does win update.

WLVP2454NM 54G

seems to be made by a Taiwanese company called Plotec

could anyone help out with finding a driver that would work?
