looking for a email browser

Gmail has moved me over to their new browser, and I don't like it, so Im on the hunt for a new email browser. Anybody know of a good enough browser to handle gmail. There was a browser, a orange coloured one, but can't for the life of me remember the name of it. Thanks

orange? you're thinking of firefox, you'll get same gmail interface on any browser.

if you dont like gmail interface then you'll need email client. like thunderbird

There is a Firefox extension called Google Redesigned which alters the look of Gmail, failing that then you will need something like Thunderbird or Outlook.

Configure your e-mail client/software of choice (even phone one) to get your Gmail e-mail. Recommend Mozilla Thunderbird (here)

Incredimail? notsureifserious.jpg Every machine I've had from customers that that had Incredimail on it was always spyware and virus-ridden. I don't know if it was the email program itself but there was the trend with 100% certainty. The other progrma with the 100% trend was Limewire.

In Gmail go to settings and select the compact layout (gives you more emails per screen), and also go back to settings and change to a different theme.

You can get it to look pretty much the same as it did before.

have used it for years n never had any problems
