Looking for a free AVI Splitter

Hi

I have a 2.5Gb AVI and I am looking to split it into 700mb segments.

Can anyone reccommend a free no hassle one to use on Vista or Windows 7?

Virtualdub?

Pretty sure it works on Vista, don't know about Win7 though.

You know, I never even thought about looking at sourceforge and trying virtualdub.
