That is like GTA and Assassins Creed, but with less violence, blood etc. Anything like that? It's for my younger brother. He keeps insisting those two, but parents have already said 'NO'. By the way he is 10 but it doesn't have to be too babyish.

How about Batman: Arkham Asylum? It is pretty violent, but more of a sort of, well, Batman way lol. You know, sort of punch/kick your way through vast amounts of henchmen. And it is a very good game...

What platform? How about infamous on the PS3? It's no more voilent than a superhero cartoon

last time i checked there are age ratings on products for a reason..............
at that age he should be watching kickass cartoons and playing with actionman, not gunning down people or kicking the crap out of them in video games.meh how times change (sounding old) im glad your parents are saying no.

The Simpsons Hit and Run?

It was in a similar style of play but not violent and don't think you could steal cars :D

Maturity isnt always gauged by age. The age limit is to stop them being purchased by the underaged individual, its up to parent to gauge the abilities and mental capacity of their children. for instance i remember seeing people hung upside and skinned in Predator at a young age. I remember playing Resident evil 1, 2. I remember watching scream and discussing it with school friends. Were my parents bad parents? No they were not, I watched those shows with a sound mind and the ability to comprehend the situation without it scarring me. and today, I only sometimes like to skin small animals for sexual gratification.
