looking for a gaming mouse/keyboard

looking for a gaming mouse/keyboard to go with my new rig. im going to be playing fps games but none competitively so i dont need anything to ott.
looking at this mouse as its pretty cheap so if its no good then ive not really lost anything

thanks. ive always used crappy cheap £5 asda mouses lol so not sure what to look for when it comes to gaming ones

Well stop buying lots of cheap mice, and buy one good one that will last years.

I dont think anyone here will disagree that logitechs customer support is anything but amazing, I use a G5 and its about 3years old, I asked for some new "glide feet" for it and a few days later in the post was a new set to attach to the bottom. So it will now last a few years more.

ive not gamed on a pc for years so only ever used the mouse for navigating the internet. never saw the point in expensive mice until now

Stu is right, I went through around 8 mice till I bought my current one in 2007, spent £65 on it, and it hasn't let me down.

+1 for the Sidewinder X4 Keyboard. Had mine for a couple of days, following recommendations from here, and I must say I'm very impressed for £24.99!

As for the mouse, it's definately worth getting a decent(ish) one that will last. Up until I got a microsoft sidewinder x8 I too had always has a cheap mice but it really has performed well. Worth the investment in the long run and it will feel much nicer even when doing things like internet browsing/work etc.
