Looking for a Gigabit Switch (Managed and Fanless!)

Trying to find a gigabit switch that supports teaming, port mirroring would be nice, and is fanless!

8 Ports is absolute minimum, 12 would be better. 16 would be perfect.

It absolutely HAS to be quiet. If it has a fan, it needs to be a QUIET fan!

HP Procurve 1800-24G. Revision B (J9028B) doesn't have any fans. 24-ports, VLANs, decent price, bonus

There was a fan in the A version, but the latest rev is fanless I believe.

Confirmed in another review (has prices so can't post here!!!).
