Looking for a good DAC

I'm looking for a DAC to conncet to a Yamaha AS-1100 for all my sources. I have about £400 budget. I spotted this:-

Yes - Or something like an M-DAC.

I would take a look at the Pro-Ject Pre Box S2 digital DAC at £300.

It is designed by John Westlake, the guy who designed the Audiolab M-DAC, it has the advantage that it works up to 32-bit / 768kHz PCM or DSD512 as it uses the newer ESS Sabre ESS9038Pro DAC chip. I haven't heard one myself but it should be good for the money.
