Looking for a good RTS

Hey Guys,

I'm wondering if you lot can suggest anything in the RTS vein to me that fits this sort of bill:

Base Building,
Battles,
Multiplayer via lan, (ie my housemate and myself can play together against AI)
Hopefully in the medieval/fantasy vein.
