Can some one give me great advice on which cooler would be best for me??

I have a A8N32 sli MB and a AMD X2 4400 cpu. I am looking for a great cooler to use instead of the stock cooler. I have looked at the vapochill micro series and the T/T Big Typhoon which I hear are both very good.
Has anybody got one of these that they would reccommend or maybe have another choice for me?

Any help would be greatfully received.

Cheers

The Arctic Freezer 64 Pro is easily the best value cooler out there at the moment. The Ninja and the Typhoon are both better however, and you can choose your fan.

Have a Thermaltake Big Typhoon myself, works nicely at 36-38 idle and hits 40s on load and above 50 if I decide to stress test my PC. :)

I got a Ninja the other day and although the description on the site didn't mention it including a fan when it arrived it came with one. The box said Scythe Ninja "Plus" so if you do order one check with the retailer first.

Scyth ninja if you want the best. Just check the other thread where the guy is looking for a cpu cooler, good advice in there.

for me, 700rpm = 30's idle, 40's load. But thats with an intel. Some guy in that thread said he was hitting 20-26 derees' with an AMD. P4's run a lot hoter than AMD' so expect to see simular temps to him if yo go for the ninja.

Good luck with what ever you choose.
