looking for a host

ive decided i want to make my own website so am currently looking at hosts.
havnt found what i want yet.
im wanting a host that will let me have my own mini forum and chat room.
any recomendations??

i was looking at a 1and1 package that had all the features ect but you have to pay 6 months upfront which i dont like idea of really

yeah but didnt you hear.overclockers now do web hosting so your viewed as a competitor :rolleyes:
