Hey guys, I'm currently using a logitech k750 keyboard which is lovely to type on but I'm having trouble getting a consistent light source for it. This solar keyboard ideally needs a constant source of light which is just not possible with the layout of my room.

So I'm looking for a new keyboard, that feels similar to the k750 to type on.

Wired or wireless is fine.

I would like something reasonably priced, so I have a budget of £30.

I have a requirement that if the keyboard is wired, then the cable must not protrude out of the middle of the keyboard. I don't want the cable curling around my monitor and looking like a mess on my desk.

Gaming or non gaming keyboard is fine, don't assume just because I have a k750 I wouldn't like something with led backlighting.

Also, something reasonably compact in terms of width would ideally be better.

Thank you

tldr : need a keyboard for <£30, wired/wireless, gaming/non gaming, not a massively wide keyboard and if wired cable must not come out of the centre.

I found the HP Wireless Elite Keyboard slightly out of my price range, the Logitech K350 also out of my price range.

I think I'll get the HP keyboard if I continue to have issues with my K750.

The Sidewinder x4 is a great keyboard for the price, not sure where the cable is located though. Has LED backlighting, rather small compared to other keyboards, and can record macros.

Was seriously considering the Logi K750. A certain store I was in today had one on display and I had a bash on it. Unfortunately its not for me. It is far too flimsy and light. it flexes when typing, particularly with the legs down. Pity.
