Hey guys just a quick question, i'm about to order a new PC this one here, https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ocuk...-series-gaming-pc-fs-1dn-og.html#t=c1e0f(h2i1

All i want to know is will my current GPU, an RX 580 fit ok in this case and is it fully compatible with the motherboard etc? sorry if this is a stupid question this is only the 2nd gaming PC i've bought and i get a little tense just incase i pick pick uncompatible hardware or make a wrong decision or whatnot. Thanks.

That PC as specced comes with a 3400G CPU which has onboard graphics. As you have a RX 580 you're wasting your money there. Either downgrade it to a Ryzen 3100 or 3300 or upgrade it to a Ryzen 3600.The PSU is going to be a Kolink PSU which can be very poor quality but should do you until you can afford a better one. Change it! A 250 GB drive isn't going to be enough these days, so get yourself a 500 GB or 1 TB drive..

Yeah those weren't the specs i picked, it was just set that way mate, i'll upgrade to the 3600. A 250gb ssd will do for the moment as i still have a couple of 1tb hard drives i can use till i can afford a 1tb ssd next month or whatever and i'll change the psu too which is no problem. Thanks for the advice from a fellow Scot.

Would you build your own PC? you can definitely get a better build for the same money.

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £321.24 (includes shipping: £12.30)

Grab a Ryzen 3200g, a competitor site currently has one for £80 and add your RX580. Nice little machine that.

What do you currently have?
