At the moment, I'm looking to pick up a second hand macbookto use as a mobile recording/musical ideas rig and to finally replace my iBook G4 (Well, it runs Logic 7 well enough for me, I'm just afraid of being left behind on the Logic upgrade train).
I'm aiming for below £300 (not including shipping) and have seen some of the old core 2 duo ones go within my price range in the normal places. So my question is, is there anything I should look out for on these models that could have gone wrong with them? Battery with low charge isn't a problem as I won't be using it without the power cable attatched + new batteries are relatively cheap.
