Looking for a mining motherboard

Hi All,
Im hoping that you are going to be able to help me. I'm looking for a good motherboard for a mining rig I'm building. I have an old i3 2120t and 4gb or ram so not sure if I should get an h81 board or go newer and get a new cpu and ram also. Any thoughts?

I bought the Asrock H110+ (12+1 PCI-E slots), spent 2 days trying to get Windows 7 to work, resorting to Win 8.1. I've avoided using Win 10 as i've heard there's stability issues running many GPUs
