Looking for a mobo

looking for a mobo to use for a file server. this means i dont need any fancy things, however i still need other stuff.

specs needed:
6+ Sata II ports - No raid stuff plz
1Gbps ethernet ports
DDR2
mATX of ATX - micro preferable


im not too bothered about chipset or intel/amd. just something cheap and will do the job.

This Micro ATX board seems to fit the bill. mATX form factor, 6 SATA ports, Gigabit LAN and DDR2 memory. Couple it with some cheap RAM and a CPU like this and you will be away
