looking for a monitor and graphics card

hi all
im looking for a monitor would like a 17" and will be used for gaming i have around £250 to spend, what can anyone recommend? i am looking for the best performance with games, i dont watch films etc on my pc

i will also be looking for a graphics card upto £200 PCI-E
my set-up now is a amd 3200+ 2gb ram, A8ne mobo and 6600gt pci-e

i play Call Of Duty most but a lot of other games as well

any advice will be great cheers lee

Go for an X1800XT and a Samsung 930BF.

17"ers aren't enough cheaper to make them worthwhile really, unless you don't have room for a 19". 17" does have smaller pixels, but the sense of immersion from a bigger screen is well worth it in games. Good suggestions there from smiley.
