Looking for a monitor - Question about VGA

Hi, I have this laptop:

as you can see, the video output is VGA (15-pin, D-Sub) X 1, HDMI 1.4 X 1

I want to buy a couple of led monitors, and as i want them to be the same model, i'm looking for one that has this kind of connections. Does this one have this characteristic?

It says: Signal Input : HDMI , D-Sub, DVI-D

Is D-Sub the same as VGA 15-pin? Is the HDMI input "1.4"? Thanks in advance.

Yes

Probably not. v1.2 or v1.3 in all probability. It'll display a picture if that's what your asking.

The later HDMI specifications just tend to add extra features that this monitor won't support anyway. Check Wikipedia for more info.

Have you checked the spec. of the laptop to ensure it will output to 2 external monitors at the same time?

Oh, I didn't check it. I dunno how to check it btw, i'll google a bit.
Btw, are you saying that this monitor won't fit with my laptop through hdmi because of the HDMI 1.4 thing? Do you know any monitor which has hdmi 1.4? thanks for the answers!

connecting 2 monitors at the same time will work no problem unless you're expecting the laptop itself (its own internal screen) to still display something. 3 won't work, 2 will.
