Looking for a mouse cursor

Hi,

I saw a mouse cursor in a video tutorial that I watched, I really liked it for some reason.

It's a mouse (not the animal) with a wiggly bit as the wire, this acts as the "pointer", then when you left click the left button on the 'mouse cursor' lights up blue, same with right click.

Anyone know where I can get it please?

Don't really wanna install any modding patches, like everything as it is at the moment.

I'm not sure, but this cursor could have been in an earlier version of Windows, as the video tutorial was taken on an older windows.
