Hi everyone and thanks in advance

Looking for a 32-34” ish 4K monitor, HDR aswell maybe.

It’s mainly for normal word processing, office work, web browsing. Some photo editing but not loads. Watching 4K films, bit of video editing but nothing serious. Dont play any fast paced games just No mans sky at present and maybe some RPG type ones.

Currently have an Nvidia 1060 6gb but can bump this up to say a 2070S level. Multi HDMI inputs for my test NUC’s would be nice along with USB 3.

Price wise looking at upto £800 ish

Thanks

You don't need to spend that much, it's entirely unnecessary in fact. Check out the BenQ EW3270U, Philips 328E1CA and LG 32UK550... all under £400. There are loads of reviews of the BenQ... every YouTuber and their mothers seemed to get sent one, so plenty of information on that. PCMonitors did a review of the Philips, but there's very little other info out there on it... it's also very good, if you're OK with the curve.

Just purchased the BenQ myself and very pleased with it. My use case is very similar to yours.

What about the LG 32UL750 ?

I considered that one myself but could't find any reviews anywhere... vs the dozens on the BenQ. I did come across some comments referencing bad colour shift though, but the BenQ has some of that also, as will all VA panels. Overall, I doubt there's THAT much between them performance wise, just the slightly brighter screen on the LG. The LG is quite a bit more expensive also.
