Looking for a new cpu cooler

Hi I'm looking for a new cooler for my system. My budget is about £30 - 40.

I have measured my case and I have 16cm of room from the motherboard to the side panel to fit the cooler, which I know is not a lot space.

I have an artic cooler rev2 at the moment with an i5 2500k 4.5ghz 1.36 volts and the temps are hitting high 70s low 80s while prime 95 testing which is too much.

I would like the cooler to be as quiet as possible but also perform well. Please spec me a cooler.

Thanks man. I thought the macho was going to be a lot taller but that seems like the right size. I think I will choose that.
