Chears Guys..

Ps sorry if this is in the wrong forum, my excuse is im new..lol :D

I was looking all over, ikea etc and finally found the one i was looking for on good old ebay.
I wanted a glass desk and this member on ebay sells them as a business.

that desk is from Argos as i too have the same one, i think its called morgan modular furnature. They also sell cupboards that are designed to fit next to the desk increasing deskspace, this is what i have done, there is a pic in the desk thread (first page). After seeing my desk my mate bought a desk and cupboard from argos but because he was short of space he fit the cupboard inside the desk, ill route out a picture of it later. They are good value for money but arnt the sturdyest of desks.

Thanks mate, just checked out the Argos website and found it straight away, i think a peice of half inch think beeched pine from a timber yard screwed accross the back should make it much sturdier, plus a few L brackets for the floor.

Will be buying this at the weekend, thanks again. :D

Yep that will do the job, its not too bad anyway but its designed to be butted upto other modular furnature so isnt quite as sturdy as solid desks. Im really pleased with mine, especially the extra desk space this matching cupboard gives, mine is the oak version but i dont think argos still do the oak version.
