looking for a new gpu

My GPU blew up a few days back, it was a gtx 970 FTW ACX 2.0

somewhere round the 300 mark is what im comfortable with but i may go slightly higher if its worth it.

whats the best GPU for this kind of money? 1660 Super or extend my budget for a 5700 or 2060

If you don't mind a b grade/customer return card
Were a couple of 5700xt at £300 last time i looked
And can make a lower offer on b grade too
