Hi all,

I'm looking to switch from VM as their cable service in my area is atrocious, and they've been leading me along with fix dates for the oversubscribed issue in my area.

According to Samknows broadband, I have access to the following providers:
  • BT
  • AOL
  • O2/Be Unlimited
  • Bulldog
  • TalkTalk
  • Sky / Easynet
  • Newnet
  • Tiscali

Of these, which are likely to provide me the best service? I'm after a connection that isn't going to throttle me for using it, good speed at all times including peak times, and good customer service. I'll be using this connection mainly for gaming and streaming videos.

Thanks in advance

For your requirements - definately go for Be, I highly recommend them. Alternatively, go for Sky's LLU package (no caps, throttling, etc).

Don't bother with the rest on the list.

Badboy, I wouldn't bother with BT.. Shocking throttling, traffic shaping, etc - go for BE! :)
