I currently have a Dell G2410 24" LED screen but I'm looking something better.

When I first hooked up the screen, the colours looked really washed out but I managed to sort that with some calibration, however, it's still a TN panel so want something a bit better.

I don't do any serious colour precise work but I'm a web developer so some accuracy would be good.

Ideally, I would like to go for a dual display setup so it's a choice between getting another G2410 to go with what I already have or sell it and get 2 new, higher quality screens. I'm loathed to go for another G2410 because they're currently about £250 if you can find them in stock anywhere whereas, the Benq G2420HDBL is a much better screen (in my opinion) and only costs £162.

So what should I do? Should I stick with what I've got and get a second screen to go with it, ditch the Dell and get 2 Benqs or ditch TN altogether and get a couple of IPS screens (probably one at a time though).

Seeing as the vast majority of displays are tn panels, would it not be more accurate to design on a tn panel? as far as I'm aware, and I'm no expert, colour accuracy is only an issue when it comes to printing your work. as in what you see on screen looks exactly like the printed product?

If price is a concern you could look at the ZR24W, it has loads of good feedback. Otherwise the u2410 is nice (but ~£100 more).

You'd be getting more vertical res (1200 px) which is nice for coding/web design.
