Looking for a new monitor

Like the title says, 21.5-23inch preferably IPS and 1080p

I was looking at the LG IPS234V-PN For £120, any good or would you recommend another, £120 would be best but can go to around £150 if its much better.

I haven't got it, but the Asus VS239H looks decent. 23" IPS for under £150. Reviews look good aswell, might be worth looking at.
