Looking for a new pc case

I currently use an Aerocool X-Predator case but due to a new desk i got this case doesn't fit under properly and has became a bit of a nuisance.
Been looking to get a new case, really liked the Corsair 750D. However any case over 53cm tall doesn't slot under the desk fully, so i'd likely be looking for a case that isn't too bulky in size.

My hardware is:

Motherboard - MSI Z97-GD65
GPU - MSI GeForce GTX 970
CPU - Intel I7 4790k
PSU - Aerocool Strike X 800w
RAM - 8gb Corsair Dominator (4x2gb)
CM Hyper 212 EVO cooler. (I plan to install a liquid cooler for the cpu)

Preferably the case has good upgrade space as i plan to get a 2nd GPU in the near future too and further upgrade the rig. I have taken a liking to the Fractal Design Define R5

Any ideas would be a great help!!!!!

If you like the 750D so much why not just get a smaller Obsidian like a 450D?

That was another i had taken a look at, kinda like how the drive bays can be moved on the R5 to mount the radiator on the front though.

The Design Define S fits comes in at just 45cm tall. Very highly rated case.
